Location is great. You actually can walk to Sarasota-Bradenton SRQ Airport. Rates are reasonable, especially when compared to other hotels in the area. Kompose is uniquely aesthetically styled. Very cool and hip. Kind of a minimalist and industrial design that was created with a lot of love and attention to detail. Cafe in lobby has delicious homemade treats and Bohemian type jewelry and crafts for sale. The layout is intuitively beautiful and resembles a modern European hotel for sure. Lots of exposed concrete, vinyl wood laminate, and clean lines throughout. Room was comfortable and clean. With same simple design as hotel common areas.

The location is good for my needs, the general design of the hotel fit my style, I do love the room without carpet, is much more hygienic. Friendly Staff.

breakfast was worth it for the price, variety of good options (eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurts, more than 10 types of cereals, juices, coffee); Nice pool and hot tub; decent gym and sauna. Staff are very friendly. Overall a great experience!

Very nice and clean. Staff are very professional, nice and accommodating. Super Even though pet friendly the facility smells super clean. Perks = no carpet in the rooms so it’s super clean and great if you have allergies like me. Rooms are sound proof. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Very modern. Walk-in showers are a nice perk too. Staying there again very soon. We are repeat customers. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner soap and towels with you especially for longer stays. UTC and many other shops very close by.

Location in proximity to the airport and beaches was perfect. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but wished we would have at least checked it out the price was very affordable. We just don't eat breakfast a lot. We loved the modern decor and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I also appreciated having a mini fridge in the room.

This is a great little hotel right next to the airport. Across the way are the name brands at 20% more. THis one is clean in the room, but the hallways can be a little dirty because they allow pets, and pet owners let the dogs do their business in the hallways and have cause stains. A suggestion to the hotel just get rid of the carpet in hallway. They do small things that are great, like real shampoo containers and wireless charger in room for modern cell phone. Huge TV. And also comfy bed. All at one of the best prices in the area for good hotels.

Breakfast was fantastic the waffles were great! They had a wide selection of cereals and other hot foods. A+ The problem we had was handle immediately at the desk.

THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE USE OF THE POOL. I REQUESTED TOWELS AND IRONING BOARS 3x never received.

This property was outstanding and the price was awesome value for money! The rooms were full of quirky and cool features like the privacy glass for the showers at the flick of a switch and plenty of cool, industrial trial style features such as hanging lights and storage! We loved the style of the room and the lobby which had a vintage car displayed. It felt the hotel was intentional with styling and vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and extremely great value at only $4 per person. We were blown away for the level of quality on all fronts especially compared to the cost of the room. If this company became a chain across the USA without a doubt we would choose this hotel over other bigger brands.
